We recommend having most of the details filled in about 60 days before the wedding as we will be reviewing your account around that time. It is best to have it completed and finalized 3-4 weeks before the wedding.

Your balance is due 2 weeks before the wedding day, you can make a payment online at anytime or we will send you a reminder a couple of days before your balance is due.

We do not include gratuity in our pricing as we believe it is appreciated and required! On average we see tips to your hired staff members ranging from $50-$300.

We typically respond within minutes during business hours, either through phone call, text message, or email. (Check your spam folder if you haven’t heard from us!)

Your photographer is scheduled to reach out to you about 1 month before the big day.

The price of a wedding photographer varies depending on length of service requested and the date and location of event(s). The average Complete Weddings + Events wedding photographer is hired for eight hours. A wedding photographer for eight hours typically costs between $1,695 and $2,695 depending on the date and location of event(s).

Receiving a full print release of your photographs is always a good idea so you can print the photos without a watermark anywhere, at any time you need. Complete Weddings + Events gives you these full rights to get your photos printed wherever you’d like. We also provide you with your photos in an online gallery so you can easily order prints, albums and other memorbilia easily online. At Complete Weddings + Events, our goal is to shoot photos for you to have as a forever keepsake.

8-12 weeks after your event date

Yes, many of our packages include drone footage and creative editing options. Just ask what’s possible. We love getting creative!

Absolutely! We offer several packages, but we’re always happy to discuss tweaks to fit your vision and budget.

It’s $200 per additional hour. It’s worth it if you want to capture more memories.

Your videographer is scheduled to reach out to you about 3 weeks before the wedding. We usually recommend doing your videography meeting after you meet with your photographer.

The DJ will bring a professional DJ system, which includes LED dance floor lighting, a two-speaker sound system, and a wireless microphone. They will also bring the photo booth and any additional lighting if added to your package.

Your DJ will handle song requests however you prefer (no song requests, limited song request or only pre-approved songs).

$150 per additional hour.

How do you handle song requests?

Everyone has that favorite song that makes them want to dance. We all know that will translate into a song request. So how does your DJ handle this? Are they planning to ask you about each request or will they use their own judgment? Maybe they stick strictly to the playlist you picked, or maybe they let a few sneak through. Who will be there and do you have a backup?

In contrast, a day of coordinator steps in closer to the wedding date to take the plans you have already made and ensure everything is executed smoothly. They focus on managing the timeline, coordinating vendors, handling setup and logistics, and making sure your wedding day runs seamlessly so you can relax and enjoy it.

Your coordinator is there to manage the logistics of your wedding day so you and your family can fully enjoy the moment. They handle all the behind-the-scenes details, including running the timeline, coordinating vendor arrivals and setup, ensuring everything is placed correctly, and overseeing cleanup according to the venue’s requirements.

They take care of setting up, moving, and tearing down your décor, troubleshoot any issues quickly and discreetly, and cue important moments like your walk down the aisle. Your coordinator also works closely with all vendors to ensure smooth transitions throughout the day, from ceremony to reception and everything in between.

Throughout it all, your coordinator is your go-to person, so you never have to worry about the details. While our team keeps their feet on the ground (no ladder work), they are always ready to handle décor and jump in for room flips, ensuring everything stays seamless from start to finish. Additional hours for your photo booth rental is $100 per additional hour, allowing your guests even more time to enjoy the fun.

Our operations manager will be reaching out to you 1 week before the wedding to customize your photo booth. During that time, he will gather any additional details and share them with your photo booth operator.
