How can I get a quote for your services?

You can get a quote by contacting us through our website, social media accounts. Text, phone, or email. We will provide you with a personalized quote based on your event details.

Can I customize a package to fit my needs?

Yes, we can customize packages to fit your specific needs and budget.

Do you offer bundled packages?

Yes, we offer bundled packages that combine multiple services for convenience and cost savings.

Why don’t you have your prices on your website?

Our quotes are personalized based on the client’s needs. Sometimes clients want ala carte options vs. bundles. At Complete we like to balance providing a quality experience at a great price with learning everything we can about your needs and ensuring you get the right services within your budget. Talking to you before sending a standard list of prices allows us to customize your experience as well as go into more details about what we offer. And we love to talk about big days, awesome venues, music, and much more!

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by credit card

Do you require a deposit to secure my booking?

Yes, we require a deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is typically due within 60 days or so from the event.

How far in advance should I book your services?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for popular dates. Ideally, booking 6-12 months in advance is advisable, but we can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability.

Anchored in Ashburn Virginia, Complete Weddings and Events Northern Virginia serves Northern Virginia, DC, and the following Maryland locations:  Frederick, Howard County, and Montgomery County.

Photography

What is your style of photography and videography?

Our style is a blend of candid and posed shots, capturing both the emotional and artistic moments of your event.

Can I request specific shots or poses?

Absolutely! We encourage you to provide us with a shot list or inspiration photos to ensure we capture your vision.

Do you provide edited photos/videos?

Yes, all photos and videos are professionally edited to ensure high quality and consistency.

What if it rains on my wedding day?

No worries. Our wedding photography team is used to unpredictable weather and always comes prepared with creative solutions.

Can I see full wedding galleries from your photographers?

Of course. We want you to feel confident in your choice, so just let us know and we’ll send you some full galleries to browse.

Do you offer engagement photo sessions?

Absolutely. Engagement sessions are included in several of our packages, and they’re a great way to get comfortable in front of the camera before the big day.

When will I receive my photos/videos after the event?

Postproduction processing’s timeframe is 8-12 weeks.

How many photographers/videographers will be at my event?

The number of photographers/videographers depends on the package you choose. We offer packages with single or multiple professionals.

DJ

Can you accommodate special requests or cultural traditions?

Definitely. We’re happy to work with you on any special songs, dances, or traditions that matter to you and your family.

Do you provide lighting and sound equipment?

We sure do. Every package includes a professional sound system and dance floor lighting. We can also add extras like uplighting if you want to create a specific mood.

Will the DJ also act as an emcee?

Yes! Our DJs are also experienced emcees. They’ll handle announcements and keep everything running smoothly so you can relax and enjoy your day.

Can I pick my own songs?

Absolutely! We love when couples get involved with the playlist. Share your favorites, must-plays, and even the “do not play” list, and we’ll make it work.

What types of music do your DJs play?

Our DJs are versatile and can play a wide range of genres, including pop, rock, country, hip-hop, electronic, and classic hits!

Coordination

Can you help with the rehearsal?

You may have already guessed! If you opt for rehearsal coordination and management in your package we can do so.

How many meetings will we have before the event?

The number of meetings depends on the level of coordination you choose. We will work with you to determine the appropriate meeting schedule.

Do you help with creating a timeline for the event?

If you opt for the timeline creation with your package, we will work with you to create a detailed timeline to ensure a smooth and organized event. The great thing about our coordination is how customizable our packages are!

Can you help with vendor selection?

If you opt for this option in your package, we have a network of trusted vendors and can assist with vendor selection and coordination. Obviously, our recommended vendors for DJ, photo, video, and photo booth would be Complete NOVA!

What level of coordination do you offer?

We offer various levels of coordination, including day-of coordination, partial planning, and full planning services.

Photo Booth

What does the photo booth look like?

These photos will give you an idea regarding our digital booth!

Do you provide digital copies of the photo booth photos?

Yes, we provide digital copies of all photo booth photos after the event.

How much space is required for the photo booth?

We typically require a space of 8ft x 8ft to set up the photo booth.

Can I customize the photo booth template?

Yes, we offer customizable templates.

What is included in your photo booth rental?

Our digital photo booth rental (our most popular) includes a professional attendant and digital copies of all photos. There are some backdrop options if desired and options for physical props. Digital props are standard with rental of the booth.
