Q. Do you offer day of coordination?

A. Yes, we have a variety of packages available to fit your planning needs. Check out our coordination page for more details.

Q. How far in advance should I hire a coordinator?

A. We recommend you book your coordinator 6-12+ months before your event depending on how much assistance you need and which package you choose.

Q. What is the difference between day of coordinator and a venue coordinator?

A. In our experiences a venue coordinator will handle the aspects of your day that pertain to the venue which may include staffing along with food and beverage if they provide that. Your day of coordinator works in your best interest to handle all your wedding details. Our coordinators will stay by your side throughout the planning process and on your day making sure every aspect of your day flows nicely. Venue coordinators often don’t handle things such as timelines, rehearsals, ceremony, and outside vendor logistics.

Q. What is the difference between a full service planner and a day of coordinator?

A. The big difference is usually at what point in your planning stage your planner starts to be involved. A full service planner will help you with ALL the details from vendor contracts to design and everything in between as well as being there on the day to ensure you have a stress free wedding day. A day of coordinator is typically not involved in the vendor booking process and takes the plans you have already made and ensures everything and everyone is in place on your day so that you have a wonderful experience.

Q. Do you offer setup and tear down of decor?

A. Yes. We have packages that include this or you can add on time to have your coordinator assist with this. Some restrictions may apply so be sure to go over your plans with our sales team and/or your coordinator.

Q. Will you work with vendors outside of the Complete Weddings + Events team?

A. Yes. Although we love our Complete family we are happy to work with any of your vendors.

Q. What if we want to have family and friends serve as our vendor team?

A. We do encourage everyone to work with a professional company for all aspects of your wedding day to ensure all your needs are met and are happy to provide several vendor referrals. However, if you have a family or friend wanting to provide a service we are happy to discuss that option with you and provide guidance.

Q. Do you travel for events?

A. Yes. Complete Kansas coordinators cover the entire state. We can also coordinate destination weddings.

Q. Do you coordinate events other than weddings?

A. Yes, we plan and coordinate all types of events from weddings, birthday parties, celebrations of life, quinceaneras, etc.

Q. Will I still have some control over my wedding when I hire a Complete coordinator?

A. Absolutely! This is not our day, it is yours. We are in your corner to provide guidance and help execute YOUR plans.
