The Wedding of Delaney & Brad at American Implement
Delaney & Brad became husband and wife on 06.06.20 at the American Implement in Garden City, Kansas. Although their plans of a Catholic ceremony at St. Dominic’s were put on hold due to COVID-19 they were still able to have Father bless their marriage and have him perform a traditional catholic ceremony at the America Implement. They were surrounded by their family and friends making for a memorable day. Delaney and her bridesmaids spent the morning getting pampered by NStyle Salon for hair and makeup. Delaney & Brad exchanged letters to each other before the ceremony but kept it traditional by not seeing each other until Delaney walked down the aisle.
Wedding Attire
Delaney wore a beautiful, fully beaded sweetheart-neckline wedding gown from Dress Gallery in Wichita, along with sparkly sneakers, to ensure she was ready for dancing. Her bridesmaids also looked stunning in their variety of long slate blue dresses. The groomsmen looked very handsome in navy suits with navy bow ties from Kep’s Menswear. Brad also wore a navy suit but mixed it up with a white bow tie. Delaney and her bridesmaids carried beautiful greenery and white floral bouquets from Wilkens Events in Liberal, KS.
Ceremony
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, their church was closed for service, but they were able to have a Catholic ceremony complete with Father’s blessings and communion. The decorations were beautiful and provided by Wilkens Events. Their ceremony took place in front of a greenery arbor adorned with lighting and candles. Their eldest flower girl proceeded down the aisle pulling a beautiful white wagon with the other flower girl and ring bearer. They performed the Cord of Three Strands ceremony signifying the union of God, the husband, and the wife. “A cord of three strands is not easily broken” (Ecclesiastes 4:12). They were pronounced Mr. & Mrs. Koster and proceeded down the aisle while all their guests stood and applauded.
Reception
Delaney & Brad made a grand entrance into their reception by riding in on a mini toy Ford Raptor, surprising all of their guests and giving them all quite the laugh. Their family and friends toasted the couple and soon they headed over to the beautiful cake table where their four-tiered cake made by Brittany Scheilds sat on top of a navy velvet table linen. Behind the cake sat a beautiful circle arbor covered in greenery. Delaney & Brad were excited for the dance portion of the evening where their DJ Silver Fox played tunes to keep all their guests engaged. Delaney & Brad’s first dance song was “Grow Old” by Florida Georgia Line. Before the night ended the couple broke out a wedding gift and took a shot together using their new ski shot! What a great evening!
We wish Delaney & Brad the very best and cheers to many years of happiness!!!
Congratulations Delaney & Brad!!!
