Katherine and Andres celebrated their wedding day with a traditional church ceremony and a lively reception surrounded by family and friends. Their purple color palette carried throughout the day, from the wedding party attire to the floral arrangements. Complete Weddings + Events captured every moment, while guests gathered later at Bay Horse Inn for an evening of dinner, dancing, and celebration.
Wedding Style and Attire Details
Katherine wore a strapless wedding dress with a lace long-sleeve layer underneath for the ceremony. She paired it with a long cathedral-style veil that matched the lace detailing. After the ceremony, she removed the lace layer for the reception. Her bouquet featured violet, white, and green florals.
The bridesmaids wore long dresses in different shades of purple, adding variety while keeping the wedding colors consistent.
Andres wore a light gray suit with a dark purple tie. His groomsmen wore dark gray suits with matching purple ties and purple boutonnieres, tying their look into the wedding’s purple color palette.
From Our Lady of Greenwood to the Reception Dance Floor at Bay Horse Inn
Katherine and Andres exchanged vows at Our Lady of Greenwood, surrounded by their family and friends. After the ceremony, everyone made their way to Bay Horse Inn to continue the celebration.
Bay Horse Inn served as the setting for Katherine and Andres’ reception. Located in Greenwood, Indiana, the venue features more than 21 acres of indoor and outdoor event space designed specifically for weddings.
The reception included dinner, toasts, and a packed dance floor. Via with Complete Weddings + Events photographed the day, capturing moments from the ceremony through the reception. After dinner and toasts, DJ Tim took over and kept guests dancing through the night. The transitions between dinner and dancing, toasts and open floor, felt seamless, which is exactly what a good wedding DJ makes possible.
Guests gathered inside the barn for the evening’s celebration. The space offered plenty of room for dining, dancing, and spending time together throughout the night.
