You can add additional time at the rate of $75 per half hour/staff member or $150 per additional hour/staff member.

You can work on your planning forms online up until 30 days before your event. At that time, we close it so your staff have accurate information that isn’t changing without their knowledge.
Since we are a full time business and keep regular office hours, you can expect to hear from us quickly, often within the hour! If it’s after office hours, we still try to get back to you within 24 hours.
After paying your booking fee, the remaining balance is due 45 days out (but no later than 30 days out) from your event. You can use your online event manager to pay online. We accept ACH/echeck (preferred) or debit/credit cards or you can mail a check to our office.
Gratuities are not included in our pricing. We do not require you to leave a gratuity but they are welcome and appreciated for a job well done! The average tip ranges from $50-$300.
