I became a photographer because I’ve always loved capturing meaningful moments for the people around me. For years, I was the friend with a camera in hand at every event — holidays, celebrations, girls’ nights — documenting the memories that mattered most. That passion eventually led me to invest in my first professional camera, and from there, it’s grown into something truly special. Turning what I love into a career has been one of the most rewarding decisions I’ve ever made.
That’s such a tough question — it’s hard to choose just one! Over the years, there have been countless little moments that have stayed with me. Truthfully some of my favorite memories come from working alongside my Complete team and connecting with incredible couples, families, venues, and vendors. It’s those genuine connections and shared laughter behind the scenes that make every event so special.
My favorite part of being a photographer is capturing not just the big, unforgettable moments, but the quiet, in-between ones too. The tear-filled eyes, the nervous excitement before a first look, the warm hugs just after saying “I do,” and the family portraits that will be treasured for generations. There’s something incredibly meaningful about preserving the love and emotion that fill a room. I could go on and on, but simply put, I feel endlessly grateful to witness and document these moments time and time again.
What makes my work unique is the genuine connection I build with each couple. I focus not only on the big picture, but also on the small, meaningful details that often go unnoticed. My style is rooted in natural, true-to-life storytelling, so much so that capturing your day feels effortless and intuitive. With years of experience and nearly 100 weddings under my belt, I bring both confidence and care to every celebration I document.
First dances are one of my absolute favorite parts of a wedding day. There’s something so moving about the emotion, the love, and the pure joy radiating from the couple and families — it’s a moment where everything else fades away. I tear up during most of them, honestly! It’s such a beautiful reminder of why I love what I do.
One fun fact about me, I’m a total bookworm! Give me a cozy spot, a good book, and a quiet day, and I’m in heaven. I’m that person juggling a Kindle on the go, a hardback at home, and an audiobook in the car, all at the same time.

This was our first time ever working with a professional photographer, and she put us at ease and made us feel fantastic about our photos. The 2 photographers made the day go by so smoothly and they added the intimate details to everything! Both Maddy and Erica made us so comfortable and feel so in love with every shot they took! Hutch was also just so great with his attention to detail! Jake and Chris kept the party going for me and my new husband and shared the party with us, also adding that intimate feeling instead of strangers that are doing a job!
