Taylor and June tied the knot on a beautiful June evening at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Columbia. The Sacred Heart Church is of American Gothic revival architecture, that features large stained glass windows. This church lives right in the heart of Columbia just a few blocks from the University of Missouri Campus. After the ceremony, you can see the lovely couple taking photos at the University of Missouri Quad next to the Columns in front of Jesse Hall. After the Cocktail hour photo session on campus, Taylor and June regroup for the reception at Les Bourgeois Vineyards. Le Bourgeois’ Bistro building holds massive south side facing windows overlooking the Missouri River. These Windows light up all of the wonderful hardwood elements of the building that make a perfect place for any reception.

How they met
June and I met on the bumble app of all things. The first date we had was amazing. We went out to a little sushi diner, then went out for drinks and a movie. We ended up staying up most of the night talking. I even remember telling my roommate the next day it was the best date I had ever been on and even if she never talked to me again I wouldn’t soon forget that night. Anyway, she obviously did call me back and we fell in love.
The Proposal
I proposed to her at school while she was a student teacher. Her teacher allowed me to propose in the classroom after a scavenger hunt I had sent her on. I gave all the kids roses to block the doorway so she couldn’t see me until she got real close. I was already on one knee, and that was when I proposed!
