Getting ready
Autumn and her bridesmaids started their day with mimosa’s. What better way to start your wedding day! The ladies were pampered by the hair and makeup artists, Karli Leeper and Jessika McCubbins. Meanwhile, the men were getting dressed in their perfectly tailored suits by Jos. A Bank.
Ceremony
The ceremony was held in Columbus Missouri, at Firestone Baars Chapel. This chapel has so many cool features to offer! The stained glass windows create a romantic spot for pictures, and the woodwork interior is absolutely stunning! Firestone Baars Chapel also comes with a unique history. The chapel was designed by the same architect who designed the St. Louis Gateway Arch, Eero Saarinen. How cool is that?
It is within walking distance of downtown Columbia and the Kimball Ballroom. The location makes it ideal for guests to go from the ceremony to the reception in no time!
Reception
Now that we’ve seen the beautiful ceremony space, lets talk about the Kimball Ballroom. This space has a unique floor plan covering 6,000 ft. of space and can hold up to 300 guests! This Ballroom has been recently renovated to to include modern fixtures while still keeping its history alive. The reception space was conveniently located within steps of the Firestone Baars Chapel.
The Kimball Ballroom is the perfect location to have your ceremony! It is with in walking distance of the Firestone Baars Chapel, Columbia’s shopping centers, and night life! What more could you ask for?
