Why did you decide to become a videographer? 

I have always enjoyed taking pictures and capturing compelling video.  Any opportunity is a great opportunity, if I can get my camera out!  I feel that, through the years, after capturing many weddings, friends, and family, getting to watch the video and relive the moments is always special.  I absolutely love being a part of that!

What is your favorite memory from an event you’ve captured? 

Some of my absolute favorite memories are getting to be a part of the exchanging of vows.  Likewise, it is amazing to see people so genuinely happy for the newlyweds.

What is your favorite thing about being a videographer? 

I love the challenge of getting the “perfect” shot!  Every single moment is captured with purpose and, therefore, meaningful.  As soon as I began creating videos, I knew it was something I would absolutely love.  As a result, I always look forward to what memories I can help capture and create!

What makes you or your work unique/stand out? 

Over the years I have learned you cannot rush, if you want the final product to turn out amazing!   As a  result, I always take time to prepare, taking into account things such as when the sunset will happen, interior lighting, and each couple’s unique timeline and desires.  Everything is considered when I am capturing someone’s special moments!

What is your favorite part of the night? 

I love blue hour, or twilight time.  In other words, right after the sunset and before it gets completely dark.  Personally, my favorite part of the night is when all the kids are in bed asleep 😉

List one fun fact about you most people do not know: 

I have been playing the drums since I was about 4 years old.
