I became a videographer because I was drawn to the emotional authenticity of these incredible special days. There’s something incredible about being able to capture the love, happiness, and raw emotion in the moments of the day. Moments that will be forever frozen in time.

One of my favorite memories has involved surprising a bride with her brother, who was actively serving in the armed forces, and being able to capture her surprise and happiness over the special moment. 

My favorite part of being a videographer is getting to capture all of the “behind the scenes” footage, things that might be missed otherwise; things like the emotional looks on parents faces, or siblings. Their reactions to the day. 

I pride myself on capturing all the little moments of the day, not just the big events. Things like the flower girl(s) spinning and dancing in their dresses, or the guests reactions to seeing the ceremony space or reception space. Parents seeing their daughters in their dresses for the first time. Each moment is so special, and so full of raw emotion. 

My favorite part of the day would be the time during speeches, the couple is reminiscing on their lives together up to this point and the best friends are highlighting their favorite moments thus far. Usually it causes everyone to stop and think, and it brings out the most emotion and love. 

A fun fact about me is that I consider my job as a videographer to actually be more of a job where I bring love stories to life.
