| How would you describe your “DJ Personality?” | I would describe my DJ personality as versatile! I’m very well-versed in all different genres and music preferences. When it comes to setting the vibe for the clients and their guests, I’m prepared to start it on a high note and keep that vibe going till the very last song! |
| What is your favorite memory as a DJ? | This is a hard one cause I have so many, but my favorite memory as a DJ that stands out to me would be a wedding ceremony where the bride surprised the groom and all the guests with an instrumental version of the Jurassic Park Theme song as she walked down the aisle. Another would have to be a couple who are musicians, and the bride wanted me to play her first official single during the dancing. The entire family and their friends were on the dance floor singing along and so was I! |
| What is your favorite thing about being a DJ? | I think my favorite thing about being a DJ is being a part of creating special memories for our clients and their loved ones. We help orchestrate some of the major parts of the wedding reception, like the introductions. Getting the guests hyped up and hearing everyone go wild when I introduce the couple always gives me so much energy! |
| What makes you unique/stand out as a DJ? | What makes me unique is the way I can connect with the guests and the dance floor. I’m always hyping them up and adjusting my music to fit the vibe of the crowd. |
| When it comes to weddings and receptions, what it your favorite part of the night and WHY? | Aside from the introductions, I think my favorite part of weddings and receptions is the dance floor. When I mix songs that make the crowd roar in excitement, I also get giddy with excitement! Seeing the looks on the couple’s faces when their favorite songs come on or when their friends do an outrageous dance move always puts a beaming smile on my face too. |
| What is your favorite party song to play at events and WHY? | My favorite party song to play right now would have to be A Bar Song by Shaboozey. It’s a great sing-a-long song and just the right tempo for people to get energized and start dancing! |
| Why did you decide to become a DJ? | I decided to become a DJ because I have a passion for live entertainment music and music mixing. I studied music production in college and I want music to be a big part of the rest of my life. |
| List one fun fact about you most people don’t know: | I learned to play the cello in high school, but started too late to join the orchestra. It’s my favorite instrument and although I don’t play much anymore I do have an electric cello that I keep in my home office. I also love to travel and have been abroad to France and Canada a couple times (Yes, I can speak a little French but it’s rough lol). |
