Ken’s career trajectory, however, took an unexpected turn to the culinary world, where he had an illustrious career as a professional chef in bustling cities like New York and Miami.

Venturing into the dynamic realm of video production, Ken seamlessly transitioned his skills into becoming a wedding videographer and graphic designer after completing his college education. A decade of hands-on experience honed his talents, leading him to establish his enterprise fueled by a passion for visual storytelling.

In 2018, Ken broadened his horizons, initiating his videography journey within the community by capturing moments at his local church. That same year, he founded Rhea Media Group, a company specializing in versatile video services for weddings and special events.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Ken is deeply committed to community service, particularly in the realm of mental health advocacy. A multifaceted artist, he leverages his musical talents in harmony with his faith, further enriching the tapestry of his vibrant personality.

Ken’s infectious joy and charisma define him. He effortlessly connects with people, making him a favorite among brides. Known for his approachable and fun-loving demeanor, Ken is affectionately referred to as “Uncle Ken” by the members of the Complete Weddings + Events team.

In 2023, Ken’s life underwent transformative changes. After a year with the esteemed team at Complete Weddings + Events, he assumed a pivotal role as one of the primary videographers. Simultaneously, Ken rebranded his business, focusing on portable podcasting, local advertisements, and top-notch graphic design services.

The same year also marked a significant personal milestone as Ken embraced fatherhood with the arrival of his son, Ezra, on September 28, 2023. Undeterred by the demands of a growing family, Ken continued to expand his professional footprint by establishing a podcast studio in the fall of 2023, catering to the Baton Rouge area and beyond. Ken Ray’s story is one of passion, creativity, and a commitment to both his craft and community.
