Yes, all our rentals include professional attendants to set up, assist guests, and ensure your event photo booth hire runs smoothly from start to finish.

How far in advance should I book my Austin photo booth rental?

We recommend booking at least 3 to 6 months in advance, especially for peak wedding and event seasons in Austin.

Can I customize the backdrop and prints?

Yes, we offer custom backdrop photo booth designs and personalized print templates to match your event’s theme, colors, or branding.

Do you bring your own sound and lighting equipment?

Absolutely. Our professional DJ services include a complete event sound system, dynamic lighting, and all necessary setup for a seamless performance.

Does Complete perform non-wedding events too?

We do — it’s in the name! Weddings may be our specialty, however we love to help bring any event to life. Be it a corporate event, birthday party, Quinceañera, Bar/Bat Mitzvah, school dance or backyard BBQ, we’ll show up to make your celebration one for the books!

Do all of your video packages include a highlight video?

Yes! Our Signature Video Package includes a Highlight Video Only.  As you move to the Signature Plus and Premium Video packages, there are more videographers, gear, and time involved so we are able to offer additional videos in addition to being able to deliver a more dynamic version of the Highlight!

Will our DJ make announcements and keep the timeline on track?

Yes, that’s part of our role! Your DJ acts as your MC/Host for the day— making announcements, helping with flow, and engaging with your guests.

What Is Complete’s photography style?

Great question — and the answer is, it depends on you! With multiple photographers on our team, we bring a range of styles and strengths to the table. While all of our photographers are trained to capture your day with care and consistency, we also tailor the experience to fit your unique preferences.

Our approach focuses on documenting genuine moments you’ll cherish for years to come. When it comes to editing, we offer three main styles: Light + AiryDark + Moody, and Natural. You’ll get to choose the look you love best through our easy-to-use online planning tool.

You’ll also have the opportunity to share whether you prefer mostly candid shots, a mix of posed and spontaneous moments, or something in between. Your photographer will collaborate with you to ensure the final gallery feels like you.

Do I need to pay extra to download my photos or get print rights?

Nope — no extra fees for either! Your gallery download includes full access to your high-resolution images and a print release, so you’re free to print your photos wherever you’d like. While we do offer professional print services for added convenience and quality, you’re never required to order through us.

Who edits my footage/pictures?

All editing is done through our dedicated Post-Production team! This allows us to have multiple layers of quality assurance, back-ups, and to make sure we can deliver uniform high-quality final visuals to all clients.

What is the editing turnaround time?

Our standard editing turnaround time is up to 15 weeks. We take great care in crafting each film and photo gallery to reflect your unique event and the emotion of your day, and we want to ensure everything is delivered with the highest quality possible. That’s our internal deadline to make sure you have everything.  If your project is ready sooner, we’ll let you know!

How long do you keep my wedding edits?

We keep your final edits readily accessible for one year after delivery via an online gallery/download. After that they’re moved to “cold” storage for long-term keeping, which may require a retrieval fee. We highly recommend downloading and backing up your files after delivery to multiple hard drives for personal safekeeping.

Do you offer re-edits?

Yes! We offer one complimentary re-edit of your photo or video within 6 months of delivery. Whether it’s a small change or a different music choice, we’re happy to make your memories feel just right.

The “Edited Pictures” line item reflects the portion of your photography package that is subject to sales tax. Instead of taxing the entire package, we only apply sales tax to this specific part, which represents the value of the edited images you’ll receive.

You’ll also notice a discount line on your quote that offsets this amount, ensuring the total cost of your photography package remains the same.

Can I request a specific photographer when booking with Complete?

Yes, you can submit a photographer request if there’s someone specific you are familiar with or whose online profile you really connected with. While we can’t guarantee every request, we’ll do our absolute best to match you with your preferred photographer.

That said, all of our photographers are trained to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience—so you’re in great hands no matter who is assigned to your event. All editing is done through our dedicated Post-Production team to make sure we can deliver uniform quality to all clients!

If having a highly-requested photographer is a must for you, we offer a Premium Package that guarantees you one of our most experienced photographers for the day. Ask us about our Premium Package for that added peace of mind!

Can we request specific shots or moments to be captured?

Definitely! Keep in mind: while we always do our absolute best to capture the moments that matter most, weddings are live, unscripted events — not stylized or staged shoots. That means we can’t guarantee every specific shot or angle. If you’re looking for something more curated, we recommend checking out our portrait sessions or love story films, which allow for more creative direction and control. If maximum coverage is your priority, we recommend going with our Signature Plus or Premium packages that include more videographers and cameras!

What does the “Media Package” line item on my quote mean?

Do you work with my other vendors?

Absolutely! We communicate with all of your vendors leading up to the wedding and on the day itself to make sure everyone is on the same page and everything happens seamlessly.

Can we customize the music/playlist for our event?

Absolutely! Once you book, you get access to the online Event Manager portal where you can tell us all the must-plays, do-not-plays, and your overall vibe. We know how to throw a great party but we want to make sure it feels like YOUR great party!

Can you provide ceremony music or just reception coverage?

We can do both! Our Signature Plus and Premium packages both include ceremony and cocktail hour coverage. We’ll utilize a separate smaller setup for the ceremony with mics and music included.

What happens if one of our Complete professionals gets sick or has an emergency?

We’ve got you covered! We always a dedicated On-Call person any time we have bookings. We always have back-up personnel and equipment ready to go, just in case!

Can we see reviews of your DJs?

Definitely! You can check out reviews from past couples (Google and The Knot) and we regularly update our DJ profiles with recent great reviews.

Can I request a DJ when booking with Complete?

How can I reserve the date or make payments?

To pay the booking fee and officially lock in your date with Complete Weddings + Events, visit completeeventmanager.com. Add in your email address and password (provided from your event consultant) to log in to your online account and pay the booking fee or make a payment.

What’s the difference between a venue coordinator and a Complete coordinator?

A venue coordinator focuses on the venue’s needs—things like catering and space management. Our coordinator focuses on you, your vendors, and every personal detail of your day.

Do you offer rehearsal coordination?

We do! As an add-on we can attend and run your rehearsal to make sure everyone knows where to be and when, making the ceremony stress-free.

What does a Day-of Coordinator do?

A day-of coordinator ensures your wedding runs smoothly by managing your timeline, vendors, and logistics from start to finish. We handle all the behind-the-scenes details so you can focus on enjoying your day. Our coordinators first reach out to you about 30 days prior to the wedding to start helping!

What’s the difference between a wedding planner and a wedding coordinator?

A wedding planner is with you from the very beginning, helping you design, budget, and book every detail of your wedding. A wedding coordinator steps in closer to the big day to finalize logistics, confirm vendor details, and manage everything on the wedding day. Let us worry about all the moving parts while you enjoy the day!

How much space do you need for the booth?

We typically need a space that’s around 10′ x 10′ with access to power, ideally located indoors or under cover to ensure proper lighting and equipment protection.

Can we customize our photo strip prints?

Yes! We have a selection of templates to choose from, so we can make sure it matches your style. You can even tell how you want your names and date incorporated. If you have custom artwork already, like a monogram, we can include that as well. You’ll get a proof in advance to approve before the big day!

Can we use our own props or backdrop?

Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your own props or backdrop if you’d like something more personal. Just let us know in advance so we can plan the setup accordingly!

Do we receive digital copies of the photos?

Definitely! You’ll receive a USB drive that has all of your photo booth images at the end of the event to share with your guests however you see fit!

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking your services as soon as you have your venue locked in—typically 8-12 months before your date. Popular dates tend to fill up fast, and we want to make sure you get your spot!

What’s the communication process like between booking and the event?

Here’s our typical timeline of contact leading up to the event day!
-From point of booking: Open door policy! Reach out anytime with questions. We’re here to help along the way!
-2 months out: We’ll schedule a call to confirm event details, finalize times and logistics, answer questions, and ensure everything still aligns with your day-of plan.
-Around 30 Days Out: This is when you can expect direct contact from your Day-of Coordinator, Photographer and Videographer.
-Around 2 Weeks Out: This is when you can expect direct contact from your DJ and Photo Booth.
