I believe what sets me apart is the way I approach every wedding as a story rather than simply a series of shots. I’m focused on capturing the genuine moments or candid shots—the laughter, happy tears, little glances, and unexpected moments that make each couple’s day uniquely theirs. Wedding films are not for the months after your wedding or even the year after. My goal is for couples to watch their film years from now, when they want to hear their parent’s speeches again, hear their vows, or see family members that have passed on and hear their voices again and see their smiles.

When I’m not filming a wedding, I love slowing things down and enjoying what makes Wilmington so special—spending time at the beach, exploring local spots, grabbing good food, and enjoying time with friends.

The moment right after the ceremony when the couple realizes, “We’re married!” There’s often a genuine reaction—a hug, a smile, a kiss, or just the way they look at each other. It’s one of those unscripted moments that says so much without needing any words.

A small microfiber towel. It may not sound exciting, but between outdoor ceremonies, beach weddings, unpredictable weather, and long wedding days, it has saved me more times than I can count!

Most couples tell me that I helped them feel comfortable in front of the camera and that I captured moments they didn’t even realize were happening. I think that’s one of the best compliments received. My goal is to be present without being intrusive, allowing couples to enjoy their wedding day while I quietly document the story unfolding around them.
