#1 – Check Out Your Welcome Packet
Shortly after you reserve our services, you will receive our comprehensive Complete Welcome Packet. Think of it as your Complete cheat sheet. Feel free to review this handy resource multiple times throughout your planning process. It’s filled with helpful info to get you started, including:
- A personal welcome letter from our team
- Office information including team contacts, office locations, and hours
- Tips on bundling services
- A general timeline of what to expect
- Frequently asked questions (FAQs)
#2 – Schedule A Consultation
Every couple who books with Complete has the opportunity to schedule a free consultation with Tara, our Director of Coordination, to go over your wedding vision in detail. These conversations are incredibly helpful if you’re looking for a little extra support in the planning process. During your consultation, we can:
- Request staff and share preference of what you are looking for in a DJ, photographer, or videographer
- Recommend our list of trusted local vendors/venues
- Schedule an engagement session (for couples who reserve our photography services)
- Customize your service experience
- Review your event timeline
- Answer any other remaining questions you may have
#3 – Use Your Event Manager Portal
Your Event Manager is your personalized online hub for all things wedding planning. Once you book, we’ll send your login information. If you ever need help navigating the portal or resetting your password, we’ve got you covered. Inside the portal, you can:
- Fill out planning information – Provide detailed info about your big day to help us create the perfect experience. You can edit and update these forms whenever you need, but we do recommend getting a head start sooner. All planning forms are due 13 days before your event.
- Make easy payments – Whether it’s small installments or one full payment, you can pay at your own pace. Payments can be made online using a credit/debit card, eCheck, or over the phone. All payments are due one week before your event.
