While 2020 gave us quite a few unexpected curveballs, many lucky couples were still blessed to be able to host the day of their dreams. 2020 weddings have come in all shapes in sizes, with varying regulations and adjustments to make these magical days quite a successful miracle. From micro weddings to massive ones (prior to mid-March), we loved playing our part for every event! “Chantelle and I would like to reach out to you personally and thank you so much for everything you and your crew did for us on our wedding day. You guys absolutely killed it, we couldn’t have imagined it going any better than it did.
Videographer: They were great. We cannot wait to see the video! Both of them were so helpful and knowledgeable about what they were doing, it was fantastic. Any questions we had, they answered and helped with so many things. They were full of life and so kind.
Photobooth: She was great, she motivated our guests to take pictures and captured some fun pictures. The picture book was such an awesome touch- we love it and look at it often. We haven’t watched the video messages yet but from what our guests said, she encouraged all of them to leave a message and we are so excited to see that!
Live feed: We have received so much feedback from our guests about the live feed. The picture quality was perfect. The thing that Chantelle and I have enjoyed is we have gone back multiple times and have rewatched our ceremony. We will be forever grateful for the video that we have of the whole ceremony. We both have families that live so far away and they all enjoyed watching it. Chantelle’s father’s side of the family all live in South Africa and my mother’s whole side of the family lives in Germany and they are so blessed and grateful that they were able to watch us two get married. So thank you so much!
DJ: We have no idea where to begin here. DJ Jenna was absolutely amazing (which is an understatement). Something Chantelle and I talk about often is: After the ceremony, we went straight into taking pictures, and finally once we were done with that and walking up the venue Jenna came outside and met us and asked us what we wanted to drink and immediately went and got us a refreshment. That was the start of the night and we knew it was going to be amazing from there. She did not disappoint. Her music selection for the dancers we had was perfect. The way she interacted with guests and allowed the kids to get involved was so important to us. I was getting ready to do a dance with my mom (she knew the situation about her being sick, recently diagnosed with Leukemia) and she made she everyone stay clear of the dance floor when she came down to do the dance and then asked everyone to stay in their seats until after we cleared the dance floor, talk about customer service! Honestly, that’s not really customer service, that’s just a wonderful person, caring! My mother was extremely impressed with her and wanted to make sure we let you guys know- that the things you did and accommodated meant the world to her! Our family and guests had nothing but wonderful things to say about Jenna. She came onto the dance floor multiple times and danced with us, we had her booked until 8 pm and she ended up staying until 12 am and always had a smile on her face. We absolutely recommend Jenna for every wedding.
Lastly, thank you for allowing us to simply enjoy our day. We had so many issues with so many different things leading up to our wedding but we can say with all our heart, that you and your team were the best part of our wedding. We never had an issue. Anytime I emailed you- you quickly responded and helped out not only with the services you provided but helped out with coordinating our timeline. A few days before the wedding we decided to add uplighting, so we called into the office and the lady that answered was so polite and was extremely happy to assist. She added the service right away and even helped with recommending the light color that would look best with our colors. You recommended having a cocktail hour and that was such a great idea! We will make sure we recommend you and your team to anyone we know getting married.

“The whole team at complete was great! Tommy was very thorough and helped me in choosing songs for things I didn’t even know you played songs for. All of them made sure I was good on drinks and if I needed anything they were on top of it. I couldn’t have asked for a better vendor to DJ and manage my photo booth! I would definitely recommend them to do any event!”
