I’m Lyssie, and photography has been a passion of mine since I was young, but it wasn’t until my early twenties that I realized I could turn it into a career. What started as capturing nature and moments with family and friends has grown into a way for me to preserve once-in-a-lifetime memories for others. I love connecting with new people, learning their stories, and bringing creative visions to life through my lens. Some of my favorite memories are the heartfelt ones—like capturing a couple announcing their pregnancy after a previous loss and witnessing the outpouring of love from their guests. Moments like that remind me why photos matter so deeply. On wedding days, I especially love bridal portraits, giving couples the chance to pause, soak in the joy, and just be together. For me, photography is about more than pictures—it’s about connection, love, and creating memories that last forever.
