DJ Frequently Asked Questions in Orlando

Who will be the DJ for the day of our wedding?

  • We actually let you choose the DJ that you would prefer from their online portfolios! Based on availability, it’s up to you who you’d like to DJ your wedding. Otherwise, you can let us match you with who we think is best based on our questions of personality you’re looking for and music preference.

Will we meet with the DJ before the wedding?

  • We believe it’s 100% our responsibility to make sure the night of your wedding goes exactly as planned. That being said, we make it a priority to meet with you or set up a call if you prefer to go over every detail and put together a timeline for you! Our DJs in Orlando take a ton of pride in being able to make the perfect day happen for you so we want to make sure we line up every detail of your perfect wedding!

Will the DJ emcee/host the event?

  • All of our Orlando DJs are professional emcees and will announce and setup every formality. They will make all of the announcements including, releasing tables for dinner, introducing your party, Coordinating speeches and toast, conducting the games of your choosing, and more!

What if something happens on the day of the wedding, is there a backup?

  • We taking weddings VERY seriously. However, life can happen, even DJs are capable of being hospitalized, getting into an accident, etc. When you book Complete we guarantee you a DJ the day of your wedding, no matter what! 😀

Where does the music collection come from? Do we have access to any song?

  • We have a very extensive library of songs on our DJ systems. You can provide the DJ with a list of your “must hear” songs, and on the rare occasion we don’t have a song already, we can download anything/everything you might want! Typically, the DJ can base his sets off of a playlist if you’d like to provide one as well!

How involved can we be in selecting music?

  • Exactly as involved as you’d like to be! Some of our brides create entire playlists that we will play off of the night of the wedding and some brides simply give us a couple of music genres they’d like played. Our DJs are experience in reading the crowd and can work great playing only music they decide on or playing from a playlist!

How far in advance do you arrive to setup?

  • Set up and tear down time is on our own, we don’t charge you for that! They will arrive about an hour early for your special event!

What is all included in the final cost?

  • Your Orlando DJ for the amount of time you need them, all the necessary equipment including speakers, a professional and clean looking setup, and a wireless microphone for toasts and speeches.

Do you provide lights?

  • Absolutely! We provide dance floor lighting for the reception that comes included in the DJ package. However, we have other lighting options as well so don’t forget to ask about our lights!
