Elizabeth + Ryan’s Elegant Wedding at Rice Family Pavilion
From the very beginning, Elizabeth and Ryan’s wedding at Rice Family Pavilion was full of charm, style, and intentional details. We had the honor of providing photography, videography, DJ, lighting, and coordination services for their big day—and every moment was truly a joy to capture.
Engagement Photos
One of the smartest decisions Elizabeth and Ryan made during planning? Booking engagement photos with their Complete photographer. It gave them a chance to get comfortable in front of the camera and build a connection with their photographer ahead of time. They even took some of the photos at their wedding venue—Rice Family Pavilion—which added a personal touch to their gallery. One of those shots was even printed and displayed on their wedding day as decor. It was such a sweet nod to their story.
The Attire
Elizabeth gifted her bridesmaids the cutest matching pajama sets with tie sleeves. They made for the best getting ready photos. Elizabeth’s gown was absolutely stunning—strapless with delicate lace detailing and detachable sleeves for a second look at the reception.
Her bridesmaids wore light blue silk dresses, creating a soft and elegant color palette that photographed beautifully. Ryan and his groomsmen looked sharp in navy suits, a classic look that tied everything together.
The Venue
Their ceremony was held at the breathtaking Knowles Memorial Chapel—timeless, romantic, and full of charm. Afterward, guests headed to the Rice Family Pavilion on the campus of Rollins College for the reception. This venue has it all—vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a gorgeous view of Lake Virginia. Its open floor plan made it easy to transition from dinner and speeches to dancing and celebration. With the help of Arthur’s Catering and their beautiful presentation, everything felt polished, welcoming, and thoughtfully done.
The Celebration
From heartfelt toasts to the sweetest parent dances, the night was filled with meaningful moments and high-energy fun. The dance floor stayed packed all night long—DJ Ryan made sure of that. The evening ended with a classic grand exit. Elizabeth and Ryan drove off in style in a vintage getaway car. It was the perfect sendoff to an incredible day of love, laughter, and celebration.
