Lyndee + Conner’s romantic, vintage-inspired church wedding was featured on Rock N Roll Bride, The Ultimate Guide For Alternative Brides, and we are thrilled to have been a part of this truly crafted and special day! With only 4 months to plan the couple was on a mission to put together a wedding day that was filled with no nonsense. “Worry less. Marriage is way more important than your wedding day. Also don’t overthink it! Let your personality show. At the end of the day it’s just a wedding, the important part is the eternity you spend together after those 12 hours” said Lyndee and Conner, when asked what advice they would give to those planning a wedding.
Here’s more from Lyndee: “We loved the romantic, intimate feel of our ceremony”, she explained. “The sanctuary in the church was sparsely decorated due to stained glass windows, exposed brick backdrop, and natural romantic setting of the whole space. The goal of our ceremony was to create an environment where people would feel and experience the love of Jesus. We went for subtle and thoughtful over flashy and typical. No sand ceremony or hand binding, just a simple message, vows, and prayer with our nearest and dearest.” She also mentioned something very important to them, “Hire a videographer! It will fly by so quickly you will want to have it recorded. For real you will regret it if you don’t have the whole day on video.”
