Brittany + Alex’s Beardmore Event Center Bellevue Wedding
Engagement
They announced their engagement with the most charming summer session in June of 2019. Their summer engagement session was beautifully natural in the great outdoors. Brittany and Alex created multiple looks with their engagement photographer.
They posed next to a rose garden, on a park bench, and under the trees to create variation and a plethora of majestic backgrounds. It was the perfect example of how a great location can make an engagement session – no props or extra flair needed.
Wedding
As their wedding day approached, the couple had to make the decision about postponing their wedding. They decided to have a beautiful and intimate ceremony with their close friends and family. Their larger celebration was set to be in August later that year! The couple’s ceremony day was held at St. Columbkille and the small reception at The Beardmore Event Center in late June of 2020.
It was a stunning and romantic occasion with a classic feel to it – perfect for an Omaha wedding. The ladies wore off wore gorgeous mauve-colored dresses – matching perfectly with their floral arrangements. And we couldn’t get enough of Brittany’s mom’s sequin navy dress! Alex and his groomsmen wore navy with mauve accents, a classic look that felt summery and perfect for their wedding day. Alex and Brittany’s wedding day was full of pretty details.
Their ceremony was beautifully styled with greenery, signage, and the perfect blend of rustic and classic-style decor. The altar, too, had simple yet elegant candles to tie everything together. Although they had a smaller reception due to Covid-19, everything was perfect for them! The event also featured a spectacularly decorated card table and cake table with a two-tiered cake with white floral and greenery touches.
Final Celebration
In August, they were able to celebrate again with more guests at the same venue. Talk about a great excuse to put on your gorgeous wedding gown again! The weather was perfect for their celebration and they were able to take the most amazing sunset photos! We’re so happy we could celebrate with them twice this year and wish them a lifetime of happiness!
