Born in Pune, India, and raised in Nebraska, Micah is someone who believes success comes from finding your own path, staying patient, and going all in on the things that matter most.
Music has been a passion of Micah’s since childhood, when he dreamed of becoming a music producer. Today, he writes, records, and produces his own music under the artist name “30 On The Beat.” His love of music even earned him a music scholarship to Western Nebraska Community College, where he attended for two years before continuing his education at Central Community College in Kearney. He is currently pursuing a degree in business, with a growing interest in entrepreneurship and real estate.
Professionally, Micah works in door-to-door sales for Spectrum as a Residential Connectivity Specialist. After working in customer service, restaurants, manufacturing at Baldwin Filters, and music, Micah found sales to be a natural fit for his confident and outgoing personality. He enjoys meeting new people, building connections, and using his charisma to help customers find ways to save money.
For Micah, sales is also a stepping stone toward something bigger. His long-term goal is to take the confidence, patience, communication skills, and business experience he’s gaining today and apply them to a future career in real estate. He especially loves the unlimited potential that comes from sales and entrepreneurship.
Outside of work, Micah enjoys making music, learning about business and real estate, and watching just about every sport—although he refuses to pick a favorite team. He’s also an avid traveler with a particular love for Southeast Asia, including Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, Cambodia, and Vietnam. At home, you’ll find him spending time with his two dogs, Eddy and Ruth.
One thing people may never guess about Micah is that he has undergone brain surgery, an experience that reflects the resilience and perspective he brings to life. It has helped reinforce one of the most important lessons he’s learned: everyone has their own path, and giving up too quickly won’t get you where you want to go.
If Micah could give one piece of advice to someone just starting their career, it would be simple:
“Find what works for you, and go all in on that one thing.”
With confidence, charisma, patience, and an entrepreneurial mindset, Micah is focused on continuing to build connections, create opportunities, and turn each step along the way into something bigger.
