Day of Coordination

Day-of Coordination Package:

 Planning meetings
-Unlimited phone and email communication after initial contact (1 month prior to wedding)
-General Planning Checklist
-Production of detailed wedding day itinerary
-Confirm all vendor arrangements; check delivery/arrival times
-Distribution of wedding timeline to all vendors
-Etiquette advisement as requested

Wedding Rehearsal not available in some areas.

WEDDING DAY:
-1 coordinator for up to 8 hours
-Manage timeline for ceremony and reception until cake cutting
-Acts as liaison between wedding party, family, and wedding vendors

CEREMONY SETUP & COORDINATION:
-Distribution of bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages
-Direct vendors of setup location
-Oversee setup
-Help setup of decor that is not handled by any specific vendor (guest sign in, unity candles, pictures’, programs, etc.)
-Line up and cues wedding party/musicians for ceremony
-Transportation of decor to reception site if needed

COCKTAIL HOUR/RECEPTION COORDINATION:
-Help setup of decor not handled by specific vendors
-Manage vendor setup and make sure all commitments are fulfilled
-Bustle wedding gown if necessary
-Line up of bridal party for grand entrance
-DJ in cueing of important events
-Keeps a steady timeline
-Communication with all vendors to ensure everything runs smoothly
