James “DJ Flaughy”

James “Jimmy” is a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a passion for sports, finance, and helping others create memorable experiences. A dedicated Huskers fan, Jimmy channels his love for sports into both watching and playing, and enjoys sharing that excitement with those around him.

Currently pursuing a double major in Finance and Accounting at the University of Nebraska at Kearney (UNK), Jimmy is driven by a goal of achieving financial independence by the age of 35. This ambition is fueled by his desire to have more time for family and travel, allowing him to balance his professional aspirations with his personal passions.

Outside of academics, Jimmy’s positive attitude and knack for connecting with people shine through in his role as a DJ. As one of the younger DJs on our staff, he has a unique ability to resonate with younger crowds, but dont let that fool you!! He can rock out with all ages!!!! Ensuring that every event is filled with energy and fun.

When he’s not busy studying or DJing, Jimmy enjoys the company of his black Labrador, Eddy, who is a loyal companion through life’s adventures. With his vibrant personality and commitment to creating joy, Jimmy is always on the lookout for new ways to make a difference and build lasting memories with those around him.
