Austin “DJ Powers”

Austin was born and raised in Kearney, Nebraska, with big dreams of becoming a pro skater. While that path shifted, his love for movement, energy, and the outdoors never did. A childhood spent outside sparked a lifelong passion for nature—he now lives an active, outdoorsy lifestyle, with a soft spot for the Black Hills and a pair of adventure-loving cats, Yeti and Fenrir, by his side.

A proud alum of UNK and Hastings College, Austin competed on the Trap and Skeet team—taking home a national championship. He’s worn many hats, including bartender, where his gift for conversation and genuine love for people shined through. Whether behind the bar or behind the scenes, Austin brings heart to everything he does.

He’s a die-hard Pittsburgh Penguins fan, a lover of music, and an advocate for animal welfare. He lives by the belief: “If you do the work, you’ll be just fine.” With a server’s heart, he finds joy in making people’s nights unforgettable—especially through his work with Complete Wedding & Events. His mission is clear: to create moments that matter, dance floors that stay full, and remind people that there are no limits in life. Every day is a reward—and Austin lives it to the fullest
