– Production of a detailed wedding day itinerary
– Confirm all vendor arrangements; check delivery/arrival times
– Distribution of wedding timeline to all vendors
– Etiquette advisement as requested
Wedding Rehearsal is not available in some areas.
– 1 coordinator for up to 8 hours
– Manage timeline for ceremony and reception until cake cutting
– Acts as liaison between wedding party, family, and wedding vendors
– Distribution of bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages
– Direct vendors of setup location
– Oversee setup
– Help setup of decor that is not handled by any specific vendor (guest sign in, unity candles, pictures’, programs, etc.)
– Line up and cue wedding party/musicians for the ceremony
