Megan and Shane’s wedding day fell on such a perfect date! 10/10/2020 was, despite the way 2020 shook out for everyone, one of the busiest days for weddings in the past decade and there’s a reason for it! It was such a beautiful day on top of being the perfect date for future anniversaries, and we had such a good time being a part of Megan and Shane’s wedding in Ord, Nebraska at the Valley County Fairgrounds.

We LOVE how unique these wedding details are to this couple and our Western Nebraska lifestyle. The wedding rings in the shucked corn almost being shown off as a beautiful floral bouquet is such a fun shot for any autumn wedding in Ord! The different viewpoints of the wedding dress, one far and hanging up, ensure the dress and floral pattern detail is captured to look back on for years to come. The colorful bouquet of flowers brings out the fall colors for this October wedding in Ord!
The Couple
Megan and Shane clearly had a ton of fun spending this beautiful day together! We love how excited Megan looks as she gets ready to walk down the aisle. The photos this couple takes outdoors as the sun falls is are stunning. Megan’s wide smile makes these photos so much better, especially those with the veil draped over them as the sun shines through the thin clothing. Again, we get to see a few photos that show off some impressive-looking corn stalks, but this time Megan and Shane are the focus of the photos.
