Brittany + Kyle’s Late Summer Wedding
Brittany + Kyle tied the knot in 2019, and from the very first frame it was clear this was going to be a special one. An outdoor ceremony set against the wide open Nebraska landscape, a beautifully rustic reception venue, and a wedding party that brought nothing but good energy from start to finish, this late summer Kearney wedding had everything our photographers love to work with.
The lush greenery and wide open space of this wedding puts the term “flyover state” to shame. The atmosphere feels so elegant and it’s only complimented by the style of this wedding party. The grey and white colors worn by the bride and groom are complemented so well by the splash of violet provided by the wedding party and bouquets.
One thing we particularly loved about this wedding is how fun it was! Brittany, Kyle, and the rest of the party weren’t afraid to have a good time. Every second of this day was such a blast to be a part of!

The Style
The color palette for this wedding was one of our favorites. Brittany and Kyle kept their own attire in soft grey and white, creating a clean, timeless foundation that felt elegant without being overdone. Against the natural greens of the outdoor setting, the look was quietly stunning in every portrait.
The wedding party brought the color story to life with rich violet dresses and coordinating bouquets that added just the right amount of drama and warmth to the overall palette. The contrast between the neutral tones of the bride and groom and the bold violet of the wedding party gave every group photo a visual depth that made the images genuinely striking.
