Hi, I’m Sophie, a Kansas City wedding photographer with a heart for storytelling. I was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas, where I launched my photography business in 2020. Growing up, my mom and grandma loved putting me in front of the camera, but in high school I found myself behind the lens instead, taking photos for the yearbook and photographing friends and family. Somewhere in those early sessions, I fell completely in love with capturing real people and real moments.

Storytelling has always been a huge part of my life. I’ve long been inspired by books, movies, and musical theatre and the way they bring stories to life and fill audiences with emotion. Now I get to tell stories of my own through Kansas City wedding photography, helping couples share their love in a way that feels honest and meaningful.

This art form gives me the opportunity to capture memories that are quiet and tender, loud and joy‑filled, and everything in between. During your wedding day, I focus on all the pieces that make your story unique—from tiny details and in‑between glances to the big moments you’ve been dreaming about.
