I became a wedding photographer because I love the emotion that photography creates, especially the happy tears that come when couples see their images for the very first time. Every wedding is an opportunity to tell a unique story, and I love getting to know each couple so their personalities shine through in every photo.

My approach is relaxed, flexible, and collaborative. I’ll help guide you with fun, natural posing ideas while making sure you feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera. I also believe great communication is just as important as great photos, so you’ll always know what to expect and feel supported throughout the day.

One of my favorite memories was photographing a Halloween-themed wedding, which was especially fitting since Halloween and horror films have always been a passion of mine. (I even wrote my thesis on Black women in horror!) No matter the style of your celebration, my favorite moment is always the father and daughter dance. The emotion, love, and connection shared during those few minutes never fail to remind me why I love what I do.
