Avalon Events Center
Avalon Events Center has the facility, staff, and experience to make your wedding special and memorable. Our wedding planners work with you to customize a special event that fits your personality and budget. At the Avalon, you have a choice of 7 ballrooms which can handle weddings ranging from 25 to 2000. You can select your favorite color scheme, lighting, and table setting and create the mood you desire. You can select whether you want a buffet or plated food service and the menu items you want. Or can also select whether you want an open or cash bar and the kind of champagne toast. (wedding cake options?).
At the Avalon, we offer a room and set up for your ceremony, the bride and groom pre-wedding rooms, a limo for transportation from your hotel, and help in securing vendors for photos, music, and flowers.
Our wedding planners will go over all of the options with you and prepare a pro forma invoice. Unlike other venues, we are completely transparent. There are no hidden costs. Our wedding planners will be with you all the way to make sure your event proceeds flawlessly.

The staff at the Avalon has been amazing! Times were very uncertain during COVID-19 but Leah kept constant communication and reassured me with my million questions. Everyone who worked our wedding from the start of planning to the mixology session to answering questions and planning out the venue, to lighting candles and setting our dessert table up, to during the wedding and even after the wedding has been phenomenal. We had a plated meal with open seating but everyone still got their food with no delays. Even with a little more than 200 guests, our food tasted amazing!
The beef was perfectly cooked and juicy, the chicken was tasty (yum that sauce), and even their vegetarian option was to die for (some of my friends have asked for the recipe). We left some stuff at the Avalon on accident and they were nice to hold it for us (even though it’s been 3 weeks). Loved having the Avalon as our wedding venue! The venue is very nice but definitely I appreciate Leah’s hard work. They did an amazing job decorating and making sure everything was perfect. She is so nice and helpful coordinating everything the day of the wedding so I didn’t have to worry about anything. She was patient and helpful, great to work with. I was beyond happy with all her vision and creativity while decorating the venue for me. It was perfect, Leah is AWESOME!
