Is it worth booking multiple services with one company

Absolutely. Bundling services through Complete Weddings + Events makes the entire experience smoother and more enjoyable. Our photographers, videographers, DJs, coordinators, and photo booth attendants already have experience working as a team, which means seamless communication and a stress-free flow on your big day. Plus, choosing multiple services together often comes with cost savings, giving you more value without the extra hassle.

What if I need more time than what is allotted in my contract? What if I need more time the night of?

If you know in advance that you’ll need extra time, let us know as soon as possible so we can update your contract and ensure your team is available. Additional time can also be added on the night of your event (as long as your team’s schedule allows). Extra hours are billed at the following rates:

  • Photography / Videography / Day‑of Coordination: $200 per hour
  • DJ: $150 per hour
  • Photo Booth: $100 per hour

We’ll simply add the extra time to your final balance, so you can keep the celebration going without stress.

When can I expect to hear back from Complete after reaching out?

We typically within the same business day, and almost always within 24 business hours. Please note that our office is closed on Sundays and Mondays, so any inquiries sent on those days will be answered when we reopen on Tuesday. If you haven’t heard from us after that time, please check your spam or junk folder in case our email landed there. Fill this out, if you haven’t already

Do we get a discount for bundling?

When you bundle two or more services you will save on your wedding. This is a compounding discount the more you bundle the more you save.

Am I stuck with only using traditional wedding reception?

No – we encourage you to have fun and have it represent you and your love story. We are here to inform and educate! We don’t judge we celebrate!!

Should I hire a day-of wedding coordinator?

If you don’t already have a wedding planner and don’t plan to get one, a day-of coordinator takes the stress of your shoulders so you can relax on your actual wedding day for less than the cost of a wedding planner. They make sure your wedding is set up perfectly to your vision, make sure your vendors arrive on time, and are your go-to for anything you need that day! If there’s an issue, you will never know because they got it. They got you!

Additionally, we offer a discount on your DJ, photography and videography services when you book a day-of coordinator. These members of our team usually have to step up and multitask more on your big day to fill part of the role a coordinator would play in keeping your wedding on track.

What’s the difference between coordination and full planning?

Wedding coordination focuses on execution during the final month and wedding day, while wedding planning includes ongoing design, budgeting, and vendor sourcing. At Complete Weddings + Events Duluth  we offer custom packages for partial planning, full planning, and full event design, tailored to your specific needs and timeline. Pricing is based on our level of involvement, and we’re happy to create a package that fits your vision during our initial free consultation.

Will my coordinator help with setup and decor placement?

They can! Your coordinator will oversee the placement of personal items, signage, and décor according to your plan if this falls within the 10 hours you have them. If you need additional time, we can add it to make sure you’re covered from start to finish!

How much does a day-of coordinator cost?

The price of a wedding coordinator varies depending on length of service requested and the date and location of event(s). The average Complete Weddings + Events wedding coordinator is hired for ten hours and begins working with couples 30-60 days before the wedding. We offer support through rehearsal management, timeline creation, vendor communication, and more. A Nashville wedding day-of coordinator offering this level of service typically costs between $1,800and $2,500 depending on the date and location of event(s).

Custom packages are available to accommodate budgets with a shorter timeline, or inversely, additional needs such as partial or full planning support for couples who are traveling professionals, having a destination wedding, or need support with full design.

Is there a backup plan should something happen to my day-of coordinator?

Short answer: YES! One of the benefits of using Complete is that we have coordinators and managers on standby in case anything unforeseen should occur. You can relax knowing we’ve got your back no matter what!

Travel fees may apply depending on distance, but we love bringing our wedding and event services anywhere along Lake Superior and beyond!
