Can’t you just see their love in all of their engagement photos? Taylor and Mazy got engaged in July and the first thing they had to do was lock in the perfect venue. Once that was checked off their list, the next call was to make their wedding “complete” with the “Complete Team.” We are looking forward to capturing their love story next fall at the Minnesota Discovery Center.
It was so much fun to spend the sunset in Canal Park with Taylor and Mazy back in August! If you are looking to do fall engagement photos with that perfect glow, Sunset in Minnesota in September is 6:45 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., meaning golden hour is 5:45 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.
For photographers, the golden hour is a dream come true. That cliche “love is in their air” really is during the golden hour. You cannot go wrong with this romantic atmosphere, there’s no better backdrop than the warm, enchanting embrace of a sunset.
Having your engagement photos during sunset is about capturing the essence of your love story in the most beautiful and timeless way possible. It’s a choice that will not only result in stunning images but also leave you with cherished memories of a magical moment shared together as you begin your journey toward forever.
On your wedding day be sure to factor sunset into your time, you will need a minimum of 20 minutes. You can google “What time is sunset on _____”. If you need help figuring out when the best time is for this, ask your wedding photographer. Typically, sunset photos on your wedding day are only done with the bride and groom. If you would like your wedding party or family included be sure to let them know, so they don’t start to “unwind” too much prior to photos.
