On Thursday, October 10, 2024, the Proctor Football Team Boosters hosted an exciting spaghetti feed fundraiser at Blackwoods Event Center in Proctor, MN. This event gave community members a great way to support the Rails football team, all while enjoying a delicious Italian buffet catered by Blackwoods Catering. The all-you-can-eat pasta dinner was affordably priced at $15 for adults, $10 for kids aged 5-12, and free for children under 5, inviting families and friends to gather for a meaningful night.

Interactive Photo Booth Experience

Complete Weddings + Events was proud to participate in this special evening, adding to the experience with our interactive photo booth. The booth was a big hit, allowing guests to capture lighthearted moments with friends and family. Attendees enjoyed receiving instant photo prints, creating keepsakes to mark a memorable night of community support and team spirit. The photo booth added a unique, fun element to the event, drawing in guests to share smiles and celebrate the Rails football team.

Silent Auction

In addition to the dinner and photo booth, the boosters organized a silent auction with items donated by local businesses and community members. This brought extra excitement to the evening, as attendees bid on unique items and experiences, knowing that all proceeds went directly to support the Proctor Rails football team. Funds raised from the auction and dinner ticket sales will help cover costs for team equipment, travel, and other season expenses.
