Enger Tower Park
Enger Tower stands above Lake Superior, providing panoramic views of the Twin Ports. The landmark is near Skyline Parkway Scenic Byway, a 28-mile byway route with scenic views of Lake Superior. Each of the tower’s levels has windows that are accessible by stairs. A green beacon mounted on top of the tower can be seen for many miles. Originally the second floor contained several balcony sections. The balconies eventually fell into disrepair and were removed. Their former entrances were blocked with metal bars. Enger Tower is often lit up in honor of major events. Inaugurated June 15th, 1939!

Important Details to Know Before Your Ceremony
There is no fee to visit the park. While it’s usually quiet and respectful, it is a public space, so keep that in mind. The park has the only public restrooms in the area, and while they’re well-maintained, unexpected visitors may stop by. You’ll need to rent chairs for your guests since none are provided. There’s no shelter here, so everyone will be exposed to the weather. Lastly, if you have many guests, consider renting a sound system with a microphone so everyone can hear and enjoy the ceremony.
