Kelcey Werner – Owner/Coordinator
Born and raised in Chattanooga, TN Kelcey has a deep appreciation for everything our city has to offer. From historical sites, to active night life, to our stunning mountain views, Chattanooga has become an incredible destination not only for people all over the South East, but all over the country.
After graduating from Girls’ Preparatory School, Kelcey moved to Johnson City, TN where she got a Communications Degree from East Tennessee State University. In 2012, she then moved to Orlando to pursue a long time dream of working at Walt Disney World. In 2013, while working in Fantasyland in Magic Kingdom, she met her future husband. They traveled home to Chattanooga (where he also grew up) and got married in 2018. In December of 2019, they had their first child. In 2022, they decided to move back to Chattanooga to raise their kids surrounded by family.
After giving birth to their son in 2022, Kelcey decided to look for work in the wedding and event industry. She was hired as a coordinator by Complete Weddings + Events Chattanooga, and immediately fell in love with the work. Helping couples turn their wedding dreams into reality has truly become her passion, so when she was given the opportunity to purchase the company, the answer was naturally “yes.” She continues to help couples plan their weddings, and is proud of her team for making so many memories for each Complete couple.
In 2023, Kelcey and her husband decided it was time to add a dog to the family. They rescued a Doberman puppy named Watson, the goofiest dog they have ever met. In 2025, Kelcey had her third child, another daughter. In early 2026, they rescued their second dog, a female Carolina Dog mix named Tibby.
As a family, Kelcey, her husband and their three kids enjoy taking walks, playing outside and spending time with extended family. They love to vacation back at Disney World, where they can visit with their close friends who still work there.
