A day-of coordinator manages the wedding timeline, vendor arrivals, and ceremony cues so the couple can stay present. Complete Weddings + Events coordinators also manage bouquets and boutonnieres and bring a wedding day emergency kit.

We recommend having most of the details filled in about 60 days before the wedding as we will be reviewing your account around that time. It is best to have it completed and finalized 3-4 weeks before the wedding.
