How do you ensure that the hosts are enjoying the event?
I check in with them every so often throughout the party and make sure everything is going the way they would like. I play all the songs that the hosts have requested at the appropriate times to ensure a successful event.

How would you describe your personality?
Professional. Accommodating. Outgoing and interactive when I need to be, but also experienced enough to know when to step back and allow the party to flow on its own.

Why do you enjoy working at Complete Weddings + Events?
As the owner of Complete Weddings + Events I have the best job in the world. I get to go to a party every single weekend and entertain people. My favorite part is taking a bride’s vision and helping to make it a reality. My goal at a wedding is to make the bride dance, laugh and cry (tears of joy, of course) all in the same night.

Rich made sure everything went smoothly from first contact to night of. He worked with myself and my coordinator throughout the night to make the night a smooth transition.
