How would you describe your personality?
Super spunky, definitely a little sassy, but always the life of the party no matter where I go.
I’m an open person and very easy to communicate with, so I always make sure the couple knows that they can come to me with any request to make sure their night is perfect.
What makes you unique as a DJ?
I’m a very fluid person. I strive to make sure the couple knows one very important thing – we can do WHATEVER you want!! There truly is nothing too “weird” or random, or anything you think that is too silly that I won’t do for you! I’m available to you from the moment you get my phone number – if you have questions; ask them. If you have concerns; let me know what they are! If you need to warn me about Uncle Bob because he gets a little wild the later he stays up, tell me that, too!!

Our whole team is truly one big family. We’re always there to brainstorm ideas off of each other, build each other up, and hype everyone up when we need it! The professionalism throughout the entire organization is unmatched. Everyone helps play a vital role in creating lifelong memories for people and we all take it very seriously, and it shows!
What is the best part about DJing at weddings?
I feel so honored that I get to be such an integral part of a couple’s big day. I get a high off of being able to read the energy of the crowd and play song after song after song and they are just absolutely losing their minds because they forgot how much they loved the songs.
What is your #1 goal at an event?
Simply? To make sure you shake your butt and have fun, of course!
Not so simply – I strive to create an environment for the evening that people are going to leave and just absolutely rave about for days to come. I aim to make sure that you, as the couple, have not a care in the world and are just sitting and basking in all of the love that your friends and family will be showering you with.

Our DJ Alaina was so fun!! We had many guests tell us how wonderful she was; not only as a DJ but also going around and talking to guests about song requests and even helping get my husband and I by getting us things we needed so we didn’t have to get up from the table!!

I’m very flexible, I love when the dance floor is packed and high energy, but also adapt very well down to a relaxed and intimate evening. I am very hands on, loving to help make sure that all aspects of your unique day are taken care of. I am very open in wanting to understand what your goals and visions are and providing options and feedback and help see that vision through the night.
What makes you unique as a DJ?
Starting in my teens, I bring 20 years of experience as a DJ, spending most of that focused on Weddings, playing for crowds of every genre, size, style, and mood. I have never stopped learning and improving, and I am always looking for the next opportunity to bring a better experience to all my couples.
I bring the music, experience, technical skills, and lighting to take your event anywhere from a full club experience to any other form of musically crafted journey, focusing on using the songs not individually, but building them into an experience.

What is the best part about DJing at weddings?
Weddings are so unique to every couple, every event, and every gathering of friends and family. From very traditional and conservative to incredibly unique, each event is its own set of challenges and goals, with an experience that truly is its own. In the many hundreds of weddings, no two have ever been the same.
A wedding is one of the largest celebrations in a couple’s life. I feel honored to be a part of the celebration, and to help you make lasting memories.
What is your #1 goal at an event?
My goal for every event is to see and execute the vision of every couple and leave both you and your guests with a memory you’ll cherish for the rest of your life. I want every person at a wedding to feel welcome to come on to the dance floor and be a part of that experience as well. I want every couple to feel that in picking me as their DJ, that an investment was made, not just an expense for the night.

Brandon during dinner came over to the head table and touched base with us to make sure we were all doing alright! He also had a wonderful suggestion for taking pictures with every person in the room prior to dinner! We had DJ Brandon work our daughters wedding and he did a fantastic job! He played the appropriate requested music for the wedding service and continued with more great music at the reception. While there are truly so many things that I love about working for Complete, I believe the management is what lights me up the most. I’ve built such beautiful friendships with a lot of the team and am deeply grateful to work with such a wonderful group of people!
What is the best part about DJing at weddings?
I love being with the small crowd of people who stick around to party until the end. It always feels fulfilling to have spent an admittedly short, yet amazing night with them and wish them all a bittersweet goodbye.
What is your favorite part of the night?
My favorite part of every wedding is definitely the first dance. Words can not begin to capture the look of pure love a couple shared as they gaze into each others eyes, in a world of their own.
What is your favorite party song to play at events?
My favorite song I play to get the party going is Fireball by Pitbull. I’ve helped build some pretty long conga lines in my time as a DJ, it feels great to get people out onto the dance floor who wouldn’t have gone out otherwise!
Caden (DJ) - I can't say enough about how amazing Caden is! He went out of his way to make our day the most fun and was really the MVP out the whole night! From our first communication, to our first meeting, and even after everything was said and done, he made sure to make us feel special. Caden listened to our every need, made any and all accomodations we had, and even went further to include our friends and family into the event. When I tell you that Michael Jackson can't out dance Caden, I mean it! This man was out hyping the guests, dancing, laughing, taking requests, and made the dance floor lit AF! He made my daughter feel like such a big part of the day by including her and letting her MC for a bit and even rap us a song 😂! The whole night was just a dream. Caden was amazing! He checked in with us throughout the entire day and night. He kept our dance floor going and got to know our party and guests. We had so much fun with him. I want to make sure that the Bride is always happy and smiling.
I want to make sure everyone else is happy and smiling too but first and foremost the Bride is more important and at the forefront of everything that I do.
We loved having complete weddings DJ our wedding! We had Jeff for our DJ and he was a perfect fit!! He helped us pick songs that were fitting for what we needed when we weren’t sure what to play. He was there with plenty of time to spare to get everything set up and ready to go. Jeff was so chill and fit in perfectly for us and the rest of the team that helped with our wedding day! He asked multiple times if there was anything we needed and was always quick to do what we needed. The lead up to the wedding was wonderful as well. Our DJ Jeff and photographer Christin were absolutely amazing to have on our wedding day! Christin was so outgoing and helpful in posing us. It was fairly hot and it was reassuring to have the time to dab off sweat, etc. Then DJ Jeff was such a great facilitator at our reception. Right after the ceremony, the tornado and thunderstorm warnings started going off and Jeff reassured me that everything would be fine and that he would take care of everything and the guests. Ian was a fabulous DJ! He went above and beyond repeatedly: he got the crowd going with our 'kissing menu', kept things moving, was very entertaining, played what we wanted which was songs to keep everyone dancing all night, and they did!

At the end of the night when I look into the Bride and Groom’s faces, and the faces of there families and I see the excitement in their eyes it makes it all worth it. They don’t want the event to stop and neither do I. It’s like I become part of their family for one amazing night.

Raising the bar for an exceptional reception. Each night is a new opportunity to do more. To learn more. Making every bride and groom “Completely” happy, keeping that dance floor hopping, or just reaching out and finding little ways I can make their night a night to remember, forever!
We were matched with Tim and his assistant Celia for our big day. We have been hearing from all our guests that they had an absolute blast! They nailed the style of music and kept the dance floor going the best they could (a lot of our guests were older and preferred sitting and talking, but that was expected). We were told they were very good about playing song requests promptly. Both Celia and Tim were also good about communicating to Levi and I throughout the reception about when we wanted to get things moving and acted swiftly when we told them we were ready. Our older guests were very tickled that you both made it out to their tables to take song requests. And great job with the scavenger hunt! Thank you everyone at Complete for helping us celebrate!

Christin our photographer knew exactly how to pose us naturally and let the session flow naturally with lots of photo ops. Tim our DJ was awesome as well! He kept the energy high during the reception and dance, and he was able to read the crowd very well. I enjoy the opportunity to open myself and others to new experiences and discoveries that include, but also go beyond, expanding my music knowledge (including dances to new music), as well as expanding my ability to speak with and connect to more people of different backgrounds and ages. I enjoy influencing people to smile and have a good time, and love encouraging them to come out of their shell and grow past what they believe to be their capabilities.
What is the best part about DJing at weddings?
Influencing the energy of everyone as they are dancing and being able to keep people cheering and excited about the music and energy in the room. Being able to keep that going and being able to do that even without the music during announcements and activities has to be at the top of the list for me.
What is your favorite thing about being a DJ?
My favorite thing about being a DJ is being able to create a memorable experience that I can be apart of, as well as being able to connect to people through music and energy. Especially when people cheer for a song that comes on. I want to be able to keep an energy going that people can’t help to sing and dance with.
What is your favorite party song to play at events?
Any song that gets people singing to each other and pulling others on to the dance floor. I mostly love seeing people dance, especially when I see moves I haven’t seen before. Hard to choose just one! However, it never gets old seeing everyone get excited for the cha-cha slide. I also think it’s funny that every time mony mony plays everyone wants to dance and sing, yet they all sing only the same one part to each other and no one ever knows the words to rest of the song.

I would describe myself as a happy, outgoing, cheerful person who is always ready to have some awesome fun!
My number one goal at an event is to make sure the bride and groom are always happy and smiling and to learn something new at each event.
What makes me unique as a DJ is that I want to make sure everyone in the room is having a blast, on and off the dance floor, even if the non-dancing types are shoulder-shimming in their seats!
I enjoy working at Complete Weddings because I’m a people person who also loves to perform. DJing at Complete Weddings gives me a beautiful mix of both my passion for customer service and my theatrical and musical sides, allowing me to get to know and interact with guests and give them an impactful experience on a night that is full of love!
The best part of DJing at weddings is being able to witness wonderful people and special moments, over and over again. A first dance or maid of honor speech will get me every time. I’m not crying, it’s allergies! 😉
My favorite party song to play at events is “Soulja Boy,” “Cupid Shuffle,” or even “Cotton Eye Joe.” I love to see people of all ages having fun, laughing on the dance floor, and celebrating the bride and groom!
How would you describe your personality?
If I had to describe myself with one word I’d probably have to say that “curious” fits me best. I’m always looking for something new to learn, or obsessing over one of the several hobbies (usually tech-related) that I dabble in when the others get too frustrating. In between those, I tend to be pretty laid back (ie: “Lazy”) and open to new ideas when it comes to most things! However, if you get me talking about anything related to science or technology, you might regret asking “How’s that thing work?”.
What makes you unique as a DJ?
I think my strength as both a DJ and musician is my ability to improvise and quickly adapt to unexpected challenges.
The inevitable moment when 200 emotional (and often inebriated) people end up in the same room as their relatives is bound to stir some chaos, and I take pride in knowing that in the case of a plan being undone I am able to keep things moving smoothly.
This trait, combined with years of solo performing as a guitarist, also makes me good at reading a crowd and recognizing when things need to be mixed up!
Why do you enjoy working at Complete Weddings + Events?
Music has always been one of the biggest influences in my life. I’ve performed for fun and pay as a solo guitarist for ten years, however, I had never stepped into the role of a DJ until I was hired by Complete. The role was a perfect fit, and has served to deepen my love for all things musical by opening new creative doors for me to explore.
Beyond that, the opportunity to play a central role in the organization of a day they have waited a lifetime building toward is incredibly humbling. There’s nothing quite like seeing an entire family come together and experience a milestone celebration like a wedding: you literally are witnessing a part of that family’s history!
What is the best part about DJing at weddings?
The people! Having the opportunity to meet and interact with so many different people in one night is always what leaves me wanting more. Whether it’s taking requests, watching two families bond through music, or executing a flawless 3 hour setlist, the entire experience is ultimately about the people I’m pointing the speakers at!
What is your #1 goal at an event?
My goal is to make every dance a cherished memory for the rest of your life. I want every guest to leave having had an amazing time.

My husband and I are very pleased with our experience with our DJ from Complete Weddings + Events. They also offered us service for uplighting that really transformed the area of the head table that we absolutely loved! Our consultation with the Matt over the phone the week before the wedding went very well. We discussed everything we were wanting from our DJ, from music selection, announcing the wedding party, game options such as the dollar dance and the shoe game, and timeline for the day of. We were so happy with both guys that helped us with our Winter Party. Noah the DJ was amazing, I loved that he got out on the dance floor to get people to join him in the line dancing. It worked out awesome, he filled the dance floor with people. He played the music the people liked and kept the dance floor busy all night!!! We even had employees putting together money to try to have Noah stay longer and play because they were having such a great time!! Tim who took care of our photo booth was super great also. He set up and we didn't have a whole lot of room where we initially planed to have it, so we had to have him move to another area. He was so great about it, he helped us find another place that would work way better. He was so patient with everyone and made it a fun experience. Complete Weddings was the easiest vendor for my husband and I to work with when planning our wedding! We live abroad but had our wedding near my hometown in Iowa, so the online forms we had to fill out with what we wanted for our ceremony and reception and the ease we had communicating with everyone at Complete was greatly appreciated! Especially big praise goes to our DJ, Noah, who met with us before the wedding to get to know us and discuss exactly what we wanted for the wedding. At the wedding itself, he kept the party lively, played songs we requested right away and did not play songs on our do not play list. He also checked in with my husband and I throughout the night if we needed something for the dance and was a great announcer for the wedding. I would definitely recommend both Complete Wedding Events and Noah to friends and family for their weddings!

1. How would you describe your personality?
I’m outgoing, creative, eccentric, and funny, but also have a nerdy, intellectual side. I’m a “chameleon” in terms of how I fit into different social situations and groups– I can find something to talk about with pretty much anyone.
2. What makes you unique as a DJ?
A friend once told me that every time he hangs out with me, he “learns about a new genre of music”, and I thought that was the best compliment! Over the past decade, I’ve felt equally at home designing Victorian costumes for opera singers in NYC and getting in the mosh pit at punk shows. Music and dance is a universal language to me. In 2019, I attended a wedding where most of the guests only spoke Farsi, but I knew enough traditional Persian dance moves to fit right in and bond with people!
3. Why do you enjoy working at Complete Weddings and Events?
I enjoy the theatricality of combining music, lighting, and MCing to create an interactive show of sorts! There’s a very positive vibe to everything Complete Weddings and Events does, and it attracts people with fun personalities!
4. What is the best part of DJing a wedding?
The first dance for the newly married couple– each one is unique, personal, and an emotional experience. It encapsulates a major life transition in a beautifully symbolic way.
5. What is your favorite part of the night?
When I can tell that the couple is relaxed and having a blast with their guests! I love when people are singing along with the music, dancing like no one’s watching, and having zero inhibitions.
6. What is your favorite song to play at events?
“The Cupid Shuffle” because it always gets everyone to loosen up and have fun together!
What is your favorite thing about being a DJ?
As a DJ, you’re basically a curator of both the vibe and atmosphere of a venue. Music has the power to transform the energy of any room, so hearing a song has the ability to invoke a particular feeling or emotion. DJ’s get to curate that experience firsthand. It’s like having a superpower. With great power comes great responsibility. In life, sometimes I feel like Peter Parker… humble and unassuming. But when I get behind those turntables, I’m Spider-man.
What is the best part about DJing at weddings?
DJing a wedding makes me feel like I’m composing the score to a real-life Disney movie where the bride and groom are the main characters. I like to build that dramatic tension to create cinematic moments in a wedding.
What is your #1 goal at an event?
My goal is to heighten the atmosphere for everyone to have the most memorable experience. I recognize the extensive amount of planning goes into a wedding. There’s so many variables for one to coordinate the perfect wedding… everything from hiring the photographers, videographers, caterers, coordinators, and the venue staff, just to name a few.
Why do you enjoy working at Complete Weddings + Events?
Working for Complete feels like I’m at the coolest summer camp everyday with all my favorite people. They really go above and beyond for both their clients and staff.
What makes you unique as a DJ?
I’m very intuitive at reading the energy of any music environment. As a self-taught musician, I’m always calculating key signatures, cadences, and beats per measure when I listen to a song. It’s both a respective gift and a curse. I utilize this to create the most seamless transitions to keep the momentum alive on a dance floor. It’s really a science to me and I love every aspect of music. I’m forever a student of “the game”, so I really appreciate every wedding and event as a valuable learning experience to further my learning.

One of the big reasons I enjoy working with Complete is the people I get to work with. We might not be doing a lot of shows together all the time, but when we are together there’s a natural friendship and easiness with all the people I get to work with.

The best part about the events is when you find that one song or string of songs that everyone goes crazy to hear. Hearing the joyous cries of guests as their favorite song they haven’t heard for years first begins to play is the most rewarding part of my night.
What is your #1 goal at an event?
My main goal for an event is to show the event guests the best time possible. Whether that be keeping the dance floor packed all night or simply clearing some dinner plates or getting a drink or two for the bride and groom, I want the hosts and the guests to know that I’m willing to go above and beyond to make their night spectacular.

The energy of the DJs and how reliable and easy to work with they were, made my experience with them so much more enjoyable and made my night even better. They were very understanding and accommodating about issues we were having at the reception other than the DJing and music. Anytime I asked for them to do something, like turning the music down, they did it, and if they had a question they asked me rather than guessing what I wanted and I really appreciated that.
