Day of Coordination Planning Services: What’s Included?
One perk of hiring a wedding planner is their availability on the actual day of your wedding. This day-of coordination service means that a wedding planner is onsite the day of the event making sure everything is running smoothly. They make sure that the vendors, caterer, and décor are all arriving on time, know where to set-up, and who to ask questions to. They are also helping set up decorations, tables, programs, and making sure everything looks absolutely perfect. This is extremely helpful and can create a stress-free day for the couple to be.
Wedding Services Include:
- One Event Manager for up to 8 hours for Day of the event
- One Event Manager Assistant for Day of the event
- Initial consultation meeting with the couple to determine the current status of their planning, and help us understand your vision
- Up to two more additional in-person meetings, one of which will be a Final details meeting
- Unlimited phone/text/email consultation during normal business hours
- Handle vendor communications from starting 30 days from date
- Create a Timeline and distribute accordingly
- Collection of items at rehearsal to be brought and set-up on the wedding day, such as place cards, guest book, toasting glasses, favors etc…
- Run wedding rehearsal if Officiant/Venue is not doing so
- Coordinate all vendors for set up of ceremony and reception and Cake and Flower delivery
- Etiquette + Protocol Advice
- Oversee and manage all décor set up and tear down with minimal décor assistance if needed
- Oversee and manage the timing of all the events of your day
- Ensure that all Wedding Gifts make it to the appropriate location of the couple’s choosing
- Disperse any final payments and/or gratuity to all vendors
