Giving<\/h2>\n

Complete Weddings + Events has been in partnership with Global Partners in Hope since 2013 to build clean water wells and health centers that provide basic needs to individuals in developing areas in West Africa. Last year alone, Complete Weddings + Events raised $54,000 with the help of Complete staff, customers, and wedding industry partners. This year, we\u2019re raising the bar with the Do Good initiative. We’re extending our typical one-month donation period to two months to help us reach our biggest goal yet: $100,000 in one year!<\/span><\/p>\n

Whether you\u2019re on the giving or receiving end of a gift, that gift can elicit feelings of gratitude\u2014it can be a way of expressing gratitude or instilling gratitude in the recipient. Research has found that gratitude is integral to happiness, health, and social bonds.<\/p>\n

If you’re blessed with the means to live a reasonably comfortable way of life (meaning, if you’re able to read this<\/em>), you have the ability to give. The world outside can be a dark place, and those who have little or nothing depend on the generosity and loving kindness of people with a giving spirit. When you give to the less fortunate, you add to their lives – and by adding to theirs, you add to yours too.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
