Kelsey is passionate about helping couples bring their wedding vision to life. As a Coordinator, she works closely with vendors, venues, and wedding parties to ensure every detail is organized and every part of the day runs smoothly.

Throughout the wedding day, Kelsey provides support, guidance, and peace of mind. From the first arrival to the final farewell, she is there to make sure everything comes together as planned.
Kelsey’s goal is simple: to help couples relax, stay present, and enjoy every moment of their special day while she takes care of the details.
Planning my own wedding inspired me to become a Wedding Coordinator because although I found my experience to be very fun and stress-free, I could see how it would be very stressful for other people. I want to take something that I find joy in, and use my passion to help others!
I am most excited to see my work allow couples to sit back and relax at their wedding day, rather than worrying about the details. The day goes by so quickly, it’s important to soak in every moment.
A tide pen! I am always the person who accidentally spills something on themselves when the pressure is on to look good for pictures.
If I were a wedding detail, I would be the surprise detail people throw in to honor their pets! I have 3 fur babies of my own and adore when couples create signature drinks inspired by their animals or have them as their flower girl/ring bearer.
I start by taking a deep breath and thinking of the things that I can control. I use my creativity to find a solution when an issue comes up. I enjoy solving a problem on the spot and seeing it work out for the best.
