Originally from Louisiana, Chelsea brings a southern approach to professional Wedding Day Coordination—warm, thoughtful, and full of hospitality. Her eye for detail ensures nothing is overlooked, while her relaxed energy helps couples stay grounded and present in every moment. After living in Colorado Springs, she and her family made the move to Rapid City and now happily call the Black Hills home.

Outside of weddings, Chelsea teaches yoga and strength classes at a local studio, keeping her grounded and energized. She’s also a proud wife and mom of three busy kids, two dogs, and one independent cat. Life in her household is lively, but she wouldn’t have it any other way.
