We’re familiar with every venue in the Orlando area, and worked with many of the event and wedding vendors you may work with for your big day!
James McDowell, Owner
Previous Work Experience: I was in the restaurant & hospitality business for 20 years before taking ownership of Complete Weddings + Events Orlando in 2022.
Favorite Thing About Working in This Industry: The impact we make on all of our couples. These events and memories will be long remembered.
Favorite Sports Team: Miami Dolphins
Favorite Local Spot: I like to play golf and work on vehicles. I have 2 project trucks that I am currently working on, I take care of most of my family’s vehicles when it comes to routine maintenance. I don’t play as much golf as I would like to, but I’ve been playing since I was 15.
Fun Fact: I still own my very first truck from high school!
Molly Crews, Owner
Previous Work Experience: I worked in hospitality since 2012 before joining Complete Weddings + Events as a coordinator in 2021!
Favorite Thing About Working in the Wedding Industry: Being able to be part of someone’s wedding day is such an incredible feeling. With Coordination, I always love working with the other vendors to bring their dream day to life. As far as my favorite moments– first looks and parent dances always make me emotional, 9 times out of 10 I’ll be crying!
Favorite Sports Team: Florida Gators
Favorite Activity to do for Fun: I love trying new restaurants, coffee shops and breweries around town. I also love traveling. Any excuse to explore somewhere new. I enjoy working out at OrangeTheory.
