Marcus is one of the most professional DJs on staff! He has been with Complete Weddings + Events for more than ten years and performs more than forty weddings a year on average–the majority of his clients have specifically requested him after seeing him perform at other events. In 2018, Marcus received Employee of the Year for his excellent emcee performances and reviews. As a result of his exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and vibrant, fun personality, he leads our staff DJ training programs. Any DJ that graduates from his training program leaves with all of the tools and customer service experience that our veteran staff has due to the attention and training that Marcus gives them. "Our reception was in Muskegon at The Lake House, we had Marcus as our DJ. He has DJ'd in that venue before and was very familiar with it. Marcus was on top of it even before the wedding. Our caterer was supposed to dismiss tables but, like many other instances, this wasn’t communicated within their team. We didn’t even ask Marcus to do this for us but he jumped right on in. He not only dismissed tables but he made a fun Q&A game out of it to get guests interacting. Whenever the party started to relax a little, he’d play a song or add in another little game/“event” to bring the energy back. Marcus was so attentive and amazing.
