Hi! My name is Alex and I am the Lead Wedding Coordinator here at Complete weddings + events!
My love story for weddings began back when I worked for a wedding planner while attending college at Northern Michigan University. After graduating, I wanted to take on more of my own weddings, so I moved to Grand Rapids, and that is when I joined the Complete weddings + events team. 5 years later, I am now the Sales and Office Manager as well as a certified wedding coordinator.
I got married in 2023 to the most amazing man, Dan, and we have the best fur baby, Boots. We just recently closed on our first house and are finally able to give Boots the backyard of his dreams.
My favorite thing about weddings is just being able to help make each couple’s day absolutely perfect and stress free. I also adore designing and decorating too, so much so that I even opened my own decoration company called Project Perfection. So, if you still need decorations, we got that covered too!

Hi! My name is Patti and I am a lover of camping, sushi, and playing board games with my kids! I started in the wedding business in 2010 as an intern in New York City with a Catering and Event Planning company. It was that summer that I fell in love with everything wedding related! I am married and have 4 amazing kids, whom I homeschool. When I’m not busy with weddings I love spending my time camping with my family. I can’t wait to help make your wedding day one to remember.
I have always had a passion for weddings and event planning. After years of helping friends and family plan and host their events, I officially became a day-of wedding coordinator in 2019. My love for wedding planning, along with my career in project management, has allowed me to execute several weddings with exceptional attention to detail and a high level of organization. My goal is to give couples the chance to enjoy every magical moment of their day without stress or distraction. Even if unexpected issues arise, my priority is to ensure that they are handled so efficiently that the couple is blissfully unaware that anything has not gone off plan. It is a privilege to go to work and be surrounded by love, laughter, and happiness!
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, preferably outdoors! I am an avid hiker and nature lover. I also volunteer my spare time at the local animal rescue and will always be the one to stop you and ask to pet your dog!
