What makes me unique as a DJ

I always try to become friends with the bride and groom, make jokes with them, ask them about their lives, and get to know them a little. It’s fascinating to me what types of experiences people have had in their lives, and get to go from strangers to friends leading up to their amazing wedding. Understanding people and making sure people feel understood is the greatest joy, because I love meeting new people, and one of my goals is to have everyone talk about how fun the wedding was long after the wedding.

Why do I enjoy working at Complete

I get to go from venue to venue and see these gorgeous sights. I’ve seen mountains of orange leaves in the fall, beautiful water fixtures, jaw-dropping architecture, and I get to do it all as a job? Not to mention that I get invited to be a part of someone’s most important event, and I get to be the lucky DJ to make it the best time of their lives and their guests’! I can’t think of anything better than that!!

What is the best part of weddings?

My favorite part of weddings is that sweet spot about an hour into the dancing when everyone is really feeling the music, the lights are dimmed, and people can just celebrate as much as they want. However, games prior to and during the dancing are always just as fun, as I get to use my entertainer skills to make people have fun while getting to experience new things they’ve never seen, and sometimes even have fun at the wedding party’s expense!

What is your #1 goal?

More than anything, I want to make sure it’s a day the bride and groom never forget. I want to make sure their wedding day is as much of a spectacle as they always wished, and people are talking about the most amazing night they have had. I get to join people on the day they get to marry the person they love, and I take pride in making sure that it goes as perfectly in action as it did when they were dreaming up their wedding.
