Hey there, I’m Megan!
I was thirteen years old when my dad surprised me with my first camera. The following summer, I got my first photo displayed in the Iowa State Fair Photography Salon. I have since had eleven photos on display, and I have received the following awards: Best of Show, Best of Color, Best of Black & White, Honorable Mention, First Place, and Photographic Excellence.
Photography is something I have been passionate about from a young age, and I feel incredibly lucky to have pursued it. It is a rewarding and fulfilling career that allows me to capture special moments and to show people their natural and unique beauty. Nothing brings me more joy than receiving messages from clients who see their own beauty through my photos. It is my goal to make each and every client feel this way. Every couple deserves photos that make them feel truly beautiful on their special day; this is what I love to capture most.
I have an open mind and an open heart as an ally of the LGBTQ+ community, and I can’t wait to capture ceremonies and special occasions of all kinds. I’m excited to capture all of your traditional and non-traditional celebrations!
