  • What do you think couples need most on their wedding day?  “Someone to advocate for them and communicate their hopes and dreams with their vendor team- and someone to remind them that they’re here for the best reason of all- to marry their partner- and they do not have to perform for anyone- this should be no pressure and fun!”
  • What part of the wedding day do you love managing the most?  “Post ceremony- when you get to see your friends and family and start to enjoy the celebration- and we get to go through fun moments like the grand entrance, toasts, and spotlight dances.”
  • How do you help couples feel calm on their wedding day?  “Making sure I check in (but not too often), and letting them know I am there to make sure they get what they need (a glass of water, a person in particular brough to them, or a break away from people if needed).”
  • What’s your superpower as a coordinator?  “Staying calm under pressure- and pivoting as needed.”
  • Are you a gentle guide or a take-charge leader—or a mix of both?  “A mix of both- I can take charge as needed and be sure we accomplish all the moments you planned for (even if we have to mix up the original order).”
  • What’s your favorite way to celebrate after a successful wedding?  “With a bangin’ playlist on the drive home, and then a hot shower :)”
  • What moment makes you feel like, “Yes, this is why I do this”?  “When the family of the couple tells me that “there were so many details/ moments throughout the day that [they] didn’t know would happen or to plan for- and [they] were glad someone handled it so they could enjoy the celebration”.”
  • Timeline queen or problem-solving ninja?   “Timeline queen– I make sure I see every detail and logistic is well thought out and planned for so there are no surprises happening (except the cute ones like a special gift being received from family or friends).”
  • Anything you want couples to know/ what kind of experience you have? Education, home/childhood life, etc./ hobbies, family, special interests   “I graduated in 2015 with a degree in Culinary Arts and never left the world of hospitality— I just took it with me into the wedding industry. Now, I work with Complete Weddings & Events as our Sales & Events Manager (and as a wedding coordinator) where I thrive on “organized chaos”, problem-solving, and making sure everyone feels taken care of. When I’m not coordinating or talking about weddings, you can find me reading a fantasy book, hiking with my husband and our dog, or planning my next trip (hopefully somewhere with a mountain or beach).”
